At Birthsmarter, we're on a mission to help you navigate the parenting industrial complex and reject the confusion, overwhelm, and guilt that often comes with modern-day parenting. There is no one right way to raise a baby.
Our classes and community will help support you along the way:
SKILLS AND WISDOM
We are developing a first-of-its-kind educational platform to help families develop practical wisdom and skills that make life with a little one a little bit easier.
Check out Comforting Touch for Babies.
VALIDATION AND SUPPORT
We offer support groups that bring families together to commiserate about the hard stuff and celebrate the wins. They are surpisingly not awkward!
Register for a Fourth Trimester Survival Group.
Our newsletter and YouTube channel offer currated resources on The Pregnant Opportunity to support families living healthier happier lives and promote systemic change.

TAKE OUR ON-DEMAND
Comforting Touch For Babies (our version of Infant Massage) is a low-key way to increase your bond and attachment and soothe common discomforts for little ones between 3 weeks and 3 years old.
We partnered with The Comforting Touch Doula: Yiska Obadia, an Internationally Certified Infant Massage Teacher (CIMT) to develop our new 1-hour, on-demand class to give you the tools and confidence you need to practice and reap the positive benefits of nurturing touch and baby massage.
Comes with a 12-Page PDF Workbook to help you remember all the moves!
THIS SHIT IS HARD.

of birthing parents experience pelvic floor incontinence postpartum
of new parents suffer with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
of new parents would be better off with more support
FOURTH TRIMESTER SURVIVAL GROUP
Ideal for birth parents with babies 0-8 weeks old, but really open to all.
Your go-to place for venting, normalcy checks, and getting advice (that you ask for).
Our Fourth Trimester Survival Groups are safe space to be totally vulnerable with other people stuck in the exact same weeds you’re in – without the judgement that comes from talking to people you know IRL.
New and expectant partners come together to share highs and lows, ask questions, and gain perspective.
We cover a wide range of topics from supporting your partner in pregnancy through the first year of parenting.
