Nursing might be natural, but too-often, it does not come naturally. The Birthsmarter Lactation Class is everything we wish we understood before attempting to nurse our babies! Geared equally to birth parents and partners, our goal is to lay a strong physiological foundation and give you the context and resources you'll need to navigate the learning curve that lies ahead.

While The Lactation Class can be taken a'la carte, it is definitely more meaningful when bundled with Postpartum Planning and Newborn Care. The list below highlights both the individual class dates and the full postpartum planning bundle which includes the Lactation Class, Postpartum Planning, and Newborn Care.
